When it comes to health and a good body shape, workout is one of the list. But, sometimes hard to find the right time to do it. Actually, u can do it your self at home. Search the Internet to find some easy quick workout.

1. Do warm up first. Warming up your muscles prevent unwanted injuries that may happen.
2. Do it quick but often. This will make metabolism boost and it's better to do 15 minutes 5-6 days than 2 hours but once a week.
